By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Fortune Chickens, trading as Nando’s Zambia, in select Casas countrywide. These are:

· Nando’s Makeni
· Nando’s Manda Hill
· Nando’s East Park
· Nando’s Ibex
· Nando’s Kabulonga
· Nando’s Ndola
The competition will run from 16th January 2023 to 16th March 2023. Entries with purchases prior to or after the competition dates will not be considered.
To enter the competition, you must spend K190 and above in any Casa listed above, Sign up with names and contact details. Any receipt found not to have the minimum spend on the day of the draw will be deemed null and void. Participants can enter as many entries as possible in order to increase chances of winning.
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Nando’s Zambia employees and associates are excluded from the draw. Parents and guardians can enter for dependents under the age of 18 in the competition but must sign up their (guardian/parent) contact details.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. You also confirm that you are bound by the rules set by Nando’s Zambia.
The winning prize will be a total of 8 (quantity) iPhone 14 128Gb, to be given to 8 participants. The prize is purely a product of APPLE Inc and shall be redeemed by the winners from the iSTORE Zambia.
The use of a specific brand as prizes by Nando’s Zambia does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brand.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Nando’s Zambia's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winners will be chosen at random, in a live grand draw and notified via phone call provided on the sign-up form on a date to be advised by Nando’s Zambia.

Nando’s Zambia will make three attempts to contact the winner via phone call and via email. If the winner does not respond or call back within 7 days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Nando’s Zambia reserves the right to select and notify a new winner with the same time frame. If the Prize does not get claimed within 21 days of the draw , Nandos Zambia reserves the right to withdraw from the competition.
The winner will allow 14 to 20 days for the prize to be delivered, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Nando’s Zambia for the purposes of administering the competition. The company will not be liable for any loss damage that may arise when using this information.
If requested by Nando’s Zambia, the winners agree to release their first and last name to the public.
The winner's names and phone number will be announced on Nando’s Zambia's social media channels.
Nando’s Zambia accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
Nando’s Zambia reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
